SEN Teacher

As an SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment to foster student growth.
• Collaborating with teaching assistants and other staff to provide targeted support.
• Assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods to ensure success.
• Supporting students in developing confidence, independence, and life skills.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience teaching in an SEN setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching.
