SEN Teacher - Full Time - North London - January Start

We are currently recruiting for a qualified SEN Teacher to work full time at a special needs school based in North London.
This special needs school focus on providing a safe and vibrant community where young autistic children and young people can strive to unlock their full potential, inside and outside of school with confidence.

You will be teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping up to date with safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Have a clear understanding of child development, learning and working with special educational needs
- Qualified teaching status
- Physically and emotionally resilient to work in a special needs environment
- Encourage pupils to be aware of their targets and how to achieve them. Assisting them in tracking their own progress and giving them regular feedback using relevant communication modes
This special needs school is located only a 15 minute walk away from the nearest station and there is staff parking.
