About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teacher to join one of our fantastic special schools in Haringey. You will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with a variety of SEN, including Autism (ASC), Speech and Language difficulties, and SEMH needs.
  • Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that encourages growth and confidence.
  • Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure students thrive both academically and socially.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed.

What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with SEN in a school setting.
  • A strong understanding of strategies to support a range of SEN, including differentiated teaching methods.
  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
