The Role:?? Plan and deliver individualised and engaging lessons for pupils with SEN?? Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment?? Work closely with TAs, therapists, and parents to support each child's development?? Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs?? Contribute to EHCP planning and reviews
About You:? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - experience in SEN or a passion for working with children with additional needs? A patient, empathetic, and resilient teaching approach? Ability to differentiate lessons to support a range of needs? Excellent communication and teamwork skills? A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
