SEN Teacher - Primary SEN ARB - Vauxhall

Are you a passionate SEN Teacher with experience supporting children with ASD and SEMH? A Primary SEN ARB near Vauxhall is looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team and lead a mixed class of Year 2, 3, and 4 pupils, supported by four LSAs.



SEN Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons that support pupils with ASD and SEMH.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of children with a range of abilities.
  • Work closely with LSAs, therapists, and the SENCO to ensure individual learning plans are met.
  • Use creative and engaging strategies to support behaviour and emotional regulation.
  • Maintain a positive and structured learning environment for all pupils.


SEN Teacher Requirements:

  • UK-based SEN teaching experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Autism (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
  • A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
