Are you a passionate and experienced SEN teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive environment? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to lead a small Additional Resource Provision (ARP) class of six children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

About the Role:
  • Teach a small, well-supported class (KS1 - Year 3 curriculum).
  • Work alongside two experienced support staff to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
  • Adapt lessons to meet individual needs and learning styles.
  • Manage and support challenging behaviours with confidence and positivity.
About You:

? Previous experience teaching children with ASD and SEMH needs.? Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.? QTS desirable but not essential - experience is key!? A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach to teaching.
