Energetic SEND Teacher Needed - All-Through SEND School (Newham)An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and energetic SEND Teacher to join a dynamic all-through SEND school in Newham. You will be working with a small class of students aged 10-12 who have diverse learning needs, including social, emotional, and communication challenges. The school is looking for someone who can bring a lively and positive attitude to help engage and support these students.The Role Includes:

Delivering fun, creative, and tailored lessons that inspire and motivate students with a range of SEND requirements.
Implementing effective behavior management techniques to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support for students' academic and personal development.
Continuously assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working in a SEND setting, with a flexible approach to supporting students with varying abilities.
The ability to adapt and inject energy into your teaching to keep students engaged and motivated.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external support staff.
