A specialist SEN school in West London is looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Secondary Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and adapted lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN
  • Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SENCOs to support student development
  • Differentiate lessons to meet a range of learning needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, and complex needs
  • Monitor and assess student progress, implementing individual learning plans where necessary
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working in a special education setting or supporting students with SEN
  • Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach
