We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to work in a specialised educational setting, supporting students with a range of learning needs.
About the Role:As a SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the unique learning needs of each student, ensuring they can access the curriculum and make academic progress.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other professionals to support each student's development.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional well-being and social development alongside academic success.
- Work closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
