SEN Teacher

Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Remedy are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a thriving specialist school in Ealing

This school is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with a range of complex needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and emotional or behavioural challenges. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering personalised education plans that enable students to achieve their full potential.

Role responsibilities:- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEN- Support students' social, emotional, and academic development- Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals to create a holistic approach to each child's education- Monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure positive outcomes- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching SEN students- Strong understanding of a range of special educational needs, including autism and learning difficulties- Excellent communication, teamwork, and behaviour management skills- A compassionate, flexible approach with a passion for supporting students with additional needs
