About the Role:As an SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment to foster student growth.
- Collaborating with teaching assistants and other staff to provide targeted support.
- Assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods to ensure success.
- Supporting students in developing confidence, independence, and life skills.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching in an SEN setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching.
