The Role: SEN Teacher
- Lead a small Reception class in the resource base, working with approximately 8 children with additional learning needs.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning requirements.
- Collaborate closely with support staff, parents, and external specialists to develop effective learning plans.
- Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS and SEN teaching.
- A strong understanding of best practices for teaching children with additional learning needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of children with SEN.
