The Role: SEN Teacher

  • Lead a small Reception class in the resource base, working with approximately 8 children with additional learning needs.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with support staff, parents, and external specialists to develop effective learning plans.
  • Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS and SEN teaching.
  • A strong understanding of best practices for teaching children with additional learning needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
