SEN Teacher - Responsibilities:

• As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students with Autism.
• You will create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, utilising specialised strategies and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborating with other professionals, including teaching assistants and therapists, to provide holistic support to students.
• Engaging with parents and caregivers to ensure they are involved in their child's educational journey.

SEN Teacher - Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Special Educational Needs.
• Extensive experience working with children with Autism, preferably in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of effective teaching strategies and interventions for students with Autism.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
