The Role - SEN Teacher:

  • Lead a small Reception class in the resource base, working with approximately 8 children with additional learning needs.
  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the unique learning needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external specialists to develop effective learning plans.
  • Create an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive and succeed.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS and SEN teaching.
  • Strong understanding of best practices for supporting children with additional learning needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
