The Role - SEN Teacher:
- Lead a small Reception class in the resource base, working with approximately 8 children with additional learning needs.
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the unique learning needs of each child.
- Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external specialists to develop effective learning plans.
- Create an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive and succeed.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS and SEN teaching.
- Strong understanding of best practices for supporting children with additional learning needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with SEN.
