A well-regarded secondary school in NW4, Barnet is looking to appoint an exceptional SEN Teacher to join its committed and inclusive team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2025 or sooner. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented SEN Teacher who is passionate about supporting students with special educational needs and keen to contribute to the development of highly motivated learners.
The successful SEN Teacher will have strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach confidently up to Key Stage 4. The role involves delivering tailored support to students with a range of needs, ensuring they have full access to the curriculum and make excellent progress in a nurturing environment.
This SEN Teacher role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, reflective, and dedicated to high-quality teaching and inclusive practice. The appointed SEN Teacher will also play an active part in the wider school community, working closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
The ideal SEN Teacher will:
- Have QTS and experience supporting students with SEND
- Possess excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom management
