SEN Teacher for KS3-5 Lifeskills, English & PSHE

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate KS3-5 SEN Teacher to join our forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
路 Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in Lifeskills, English, and PSHE to KS3-5 students with a range of special educational needs.
路 Develop and implement engaging and practical curricula that focus on real-world applications and prepare students for life beyond school.
路 Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals, to create a supportive and personalized learning environment.
路 Regularly assess and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs and goals.
路 Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages confidence, independence, and a love for learning.

Qualifications & Experience:
路 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching SEN students at KS5 level.
路 A strong understanding of SEN, particularly in the context of post-16 education and the transition to adulthood.
路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
路 A passion for teaching Lifeskills, English, and PSHE, with the ability to make learning relevant, engaging, and accessible for all students.
