We are seeking a passionate SEND Teacher to support children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Years 4, 5, and 6. You will work closely with the SENDCo and classroom staff to provide tailored teaching that helps students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver lessons to support SEND students with differentiated learning and tailored strategies.
  • Work closely with the other staff to create and implement personalised learning plans (PLPs).
