• Provide consistent, compassionate support to students both academically and emotionally.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, specialists, and families to create a holistic approach to student development.
• Participate in education and training opportunities to continuously improve your teaching practices.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in SEN education or a background in special needs support.
• A strong understanding of various SEN conditions, including autism, dyslexia, and ADHD.
• Ability to create and implement tailored educational programs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
