Our clients schools across London are seeking passionate teachers to join them from September 2024. We are working with Primary and Secondary schools, specialising in Autism, SEMH, and associated complex needs.

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse needs.
  • Creating engaging and inclusive lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
  • Collaborating with support staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to each student's education.
  • Assessing and tracking student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Providing a supportive and nurturing learning environment that encourages student growth and confidence.
  • Attending and contributing to staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with SEN, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.
  • Strong understanding of current SEN policies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting students with special needs.
