We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and creative Teaching Assistant to join our teaching community in Mitcham!

If you're passionate about helping students, especially those with special educational needs (SEN), and want to be part of a supportive, positive environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 and classroom support to SEN students, helping them reach their full potential.
  • Assist in creating and adapting Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Encourage a positive, inclusive classroom where all students can thrive.
  • Work closely with teachers to track progress and provide feedback.
  • Support students in building confidence and getting the most out of their learning.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting SEN students (ideally KS1/KS2).
  • Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work well with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support (desirable but not essential).
