SummaryA unique and ambitious Primary School with astonishing views across London based in Islington are seeking to appoint their next Primary Class Teacher for a year 2 class starting April. You will be part teaching in Year 2 and part teaching in their nurture base. It’s a full-time, long-term role leading into the next academic year.

The Role

YEAR 2 | CLASS OF approx. 25 | EHCPs | LSAs

The Headteacher is looking to split the Year 2 Cohort into one mainstream classroom and the other a, Nurture base. You will be teaching a Year 2 class approx 25 with EHCPs and LSAs across mainstream and a resource base. This is a hybrid role and will require an excellent classroom practitioner who is adaptable and flexible.

About you

• QTS and experience working as a Primary Teacher in UK schools.
• Ability to adapt quickly and confidently manage a classroom as a Primary Teacher.
• Strong passion for education and inspiring young minds as a Primary Teacher.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Have excellent classroom management skills
• SEN teaching experience
