The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behaviour management and SEN, with a proven track record of working effectively in Key Stage 2 (KS2).Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
- Support students with SEN, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and appropriate interventions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in KS2, particularly Year 4.
- Strong behaviour management skills and experience working with students with SEN.
