Corporate Manager (Fundraising)Location: Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the London OfficeSalary: £58,282.07 per annumContract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)Gordon Yates is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Corporate Manager (Fundraising) to join their dynamic and impactful team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fundraising professional with extensive experience in corporate partnerships to play a crucial role in leading and growing the organisation's corporate income stream.About the RoleAs Corporate Manager (Fundraising), you will lead the Corporate Team and be responsible for the strategy, income, expenditure, and budgets within this area. You will work closely with high-value corporate partners (starting from £100k+, typically £250k+) to drive continued support and manage strategic new business opportunities.Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of corporate partners to ensure long-term engagement and financial support.
  • Leading the development and implementation of the corporate fundraising strategy to secure new and sustainable income streams.
  • Managing. overseeing and supporting the team to achieve financial targets and objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR, fundraising regulations, and ethical policies.
  • Representing the organisation at corporate donor events and international committees as required.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience in senior corporate fundraising within the charity sector.
  • A proven track record of managing high-value corporate relationships and securing significant income.
  • Strong strategic planning and financial management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of corporate charitable giving trends and best practices in philanthropy.
  • Team management experience.
