Corporate Philanthropy Officer - Investment Banking£170 – 200 per dayOn-going temporary assignment for 1 year+5 days in office - near St Pauls / Farringdon / ThameslinkThis is a rare opportunity within an internationally recognised investment bank – not to be missed!My client, a leading global investment bank based near St Pauls, are looking for a Corporate Philanthropy Officer to assist with the coordination of a large number of volunteer programmes, as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility of the company.The main purpose of the Corporate Philanthropy Officer is to plan, coordinate and oversee the organisation of a high volume of volunteer projects for employees of the company. Additionally, the role will include evaluating the success of programmes and presenting results and outcomes to non-profit partners.The successful individual will be based in the office, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.What you will do:
  • Oversee a large portfolio of volunteer projects
  • Manage the internal stakeholder experience, and partner with community organizations
  • Delivering related presentations to non-profit partners and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct training on a bi-weekly basis
  • Coordinate on-going logistical planning (events, marketing campaign & marketing material distribution, drafting communications & training materials)
  • Assist with end of season program evaluation with data collection & data analysis
  • Multi-task projects and assignments with reporting responsibility to manager
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee the transportation for several hundred projects 
Who you are:
  • Exceptional project management or programme coordination experience
  • An interest in charity and providing opportunities for giving back to communities
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in either corporate or charity sector
  • Team player, skilled at managing multiple deadlines and people
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivated with great communication skills and relationship building abilities
  • Have integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion
