Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and evaluate direct marketing fundraising campaigns, focusing on donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance appeal effectiveness and increase donor engagement.
  • Develop compelling narratives to attract new donors and renew existing support.
  • Oversee the donor journey and continuously seek improvements.
  • Maintain and manage the fundraising budget while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in project management and campaign delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content.
  • Familiarity with fundraising databases, ideally The Raiser's Edge.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
