Charity Recruitment is hiring a Team Leader for a leading International Charity located near Camberwell. This is a temp to permanent role with an immediate start available. This role is in the office every day.

Key Responsibilities:As the Team Leader, you will:

  • Manage donor and supporter communications across various platforms, including emails, phone calls, social media, and correspondence.
  • Contribute to donor newsletters, ensuring supporters are kept informed about the impact of their contributions and ongoing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain departmental protocols for handling supporter inquiries, setting service level targets, and tracking performance.
  • Provide regular performance reports to management and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Individual Giving and Major Donor fundraisers to implement a comprehensive welcome program for new donors, ensuring their preferences are respected and communications are personalised.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a fundraising team
  • Strong line management capabilities
  • Proficiency in basic project and time management
  • A background in customer or supporter care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for donor engagement
