Charity Recruitment are recruiting for an operations team leader for an international charity based in Camberwell, London. This role is a permanent role.
As the operation’s team leader, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer care to supporters. You will be assisting the leadership in delivering excellent support to all donors.
You will manage a small team, ensuring daily tasks and responsibilities are delivered, overall performance management and professional development. You will ensure that all processes employed by your team are effective, efficient and comply with organisational and legal guidelines.
As the operation’s team leader, you will stay up to date with changes in the regulatory environment e.g. Fundraising Regulator Codes and Information Commissioner’s Office guidance to help ensure the correct guidance is followed and implemented. You will track performance and provide regular and accurate reports, identifying weaknesses and areas for improvement for the Unit.
Experience:
Strong experience of working within a busy and complex fundraising team with some practical experience of working successfully in a similar role.
Experience of working with a range of donation providers including CAF, Direct Debits, Payroll Giving, third party providers eg. Just Giving.
Management experience of the relationships with all 3rd party income processors and their income management and reconciliation
Proven experience of handling responses from supporters & members of the public, including donation processing, inputting data, handling enquiries and complaints
Strong experience of delivering customer service to a high standard, answering complex queries and resolving issues by email, post and telephone
Knowledge and experience of using Charity sector fundraising CRMs to manage supporters and their relationship with the organisation.
