- Managing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship campaigns across various channels, including direct mail, email and social media.
- Working with internal stakeholders to develop compelling cases for support and enhance donor journeys, contributing to new donor acquisition and ongoing philanthropic income
- Overseeing direct marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Producing fundraising materials, copywriting, and managing communications for donor stewardship and engagement
- Collaborating with the Data and Insight team to ensure accurate data segmentation and campaign reporting
- Monitoring direct marketing budgets and working with external suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and maximise cost-effectiveness
- Providing insights into campaign performance through data analysis, supporting the development of new reports to track progress
- Acting as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on campaign updates and progress
- Experience managing others
- 2+ years' experience working in Education or Charities
- Experience working in philanthropy or fundraising
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Ability to deliver on multiple objectives with conflicting deadlines
