Our client is a long established and leading residential property management company in East London, seeking an experienced professional with experience in raising capital for residential property projects. This full or part time role can offer flexibility to suit the right person and offer an opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients growing business.

Job Summary

As the Lead Fundraiser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative fundraising strategies to secure financial support from various sources, including corporate sponsors, grant providers, and private donors. You will play a key role in expanding our funding streams to support affordable housing projects, community initiatives, and long-term development goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  2. Identify and engage with potential lenders, financial institutions and private investors.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and outreach campaigns.
  4. Monitor and report on fundraising progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in fundraising for residential property projects
  2. Strong network of investors and financial contacts
  3. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast paced environment
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
