As a Senior Individual Giving Officer, you’ll manage campaigns, develop new fundraising products, and engage with donors to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Lead donor acquisition and retention campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Fundraising Development: Innovate new fundraising products and support digital acquisition activities.
  • Relationship Building: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance donor experiences.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and provide data-driven insights.

  • Experience: Proven track record in project management, campaign execution, and working with CRM systems.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and CRM databases.
