My client is a nationwide charity, partnering with local authorities, schools, and health professionals to support families.
As a Senior Individual Giving Officer, you’ll manage campaigns, develop new fundraising products, and engage with donors to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Lead donor acquisition and retention campaigns, both online and offline.
- Fundraising Development: Innovate new fundraising products and support digital acquisition activities.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance donor experiences.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and provide data-driven insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in project management, campaign execution, and working with CRM systems.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and CRM databases.
- Attributes: Collaborative, adaptable, data-driven, and innovative.
