The Role:

My client is looking for an experienced Sponsorship and Partnership Manager to join their inclusive Membership team. In this pivotal role, you will identify, develop, and manage key sponsorship and partnership opportunities that drive stakeholder engagement. Your expertise will play an essential role in supporting commercial growth and event success in the advancement of the brand - ensuring programs and campaigns are supported by impactful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate partnerships aligned with organisational goals and market presence.

- Budget Management: Manage contracts, budgets, and deliverables that maximise investment return and sponsorship objectives.

- Event Management: Collaborate with the events team to integrate sponsorships into event planning.

- Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure sponsorships for events and nurture existing partnerships.

- Contract Creation: Involvement in general counsel to facilitate contract agreements.

- Reporting: Analyse partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations.

- New Business: Onboard new (affiliate) member firms alongside the membership team.

Requirements:

- Essential Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sponsorship, partnership management, or a related field.

- Industry experience of B2B publishing, membership organisations or professional services highly desirable

- Education: Preferably degree level.

- Skills: Negotiation, communication, and relationship/stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM software.
