- Manage relationships with venues, suppliers, and contractors to deliver high-quality events.
- Budget monitoring and preparation of costs.
- Line-manage the Philanthropy Administrator's, ensuring smooth administrative processes, including thanking and banking.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and stewardship activities using the organisation's CRM system.
- Generate regular reports to monitor KPIs, income, and donor journeys.
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy Team to develop and implement strategies for engaging new donors and retaining existing supporters.
- Design donor journeys tailored to various donor types, ensuring a personalised approach.

- Experience managing donor relationships and organising bespoke events.
- Previous Team management/leadership experience.
- Previous experience in a philanthropic fundraising environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
