Role Overview:We are seeking a Boutique Sales Associate to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store operations. You'll be responsible for meeting sales targets, providing expert product knowledge, and executing visual merchandising strategies while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and exceed daily sales goals while offering expert beauty advice to customers.
- Ensure a clean, organised sales floor, cash wrap, and backroom, adhering to brand standards.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain awareness of store promotions.
- Capture customer information to build future business and contribute to customer loyalty.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store events and promotions.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
- Passionate about beauty products with strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule availability.
