Your enthusiasm for beauty products and dedication to helping customers will play a vital role in providing an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalised customer service with a friendly and professional approach
- Assisting customers in selecting the right beauty products to meet their needs
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our product range, promotions, and the brand’s ethos
- Ensuring the boutique is clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times
- Achieving individual sales goals and contributing to the overall performance of the store
- Processing transactions and handling cash and card payments accurately
- Supporting inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Engaging with customers to build brand loyalty and encourage repeat business
- Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed store targets
Key Skills & Experience:
- Passion for beauty and skincare products
- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with diverse customers
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
