About the Role:Join one of Italy’s most celebrated luxury fashion houses as a Client Advisor within the womenswear department of an iconic London department store. Representing timeless elegance and modern sophistication, you will deliver a world-class client experience while showcasing a collection renowned for its craftsmanship and femininity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge across ready-to-wear collections
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients, offering a highly personalised shopping experience.
- Drive sales through client engagement and by consistently meeting individual and store targets.
- Ensure the shop floor reflects the brand’s luxury aesthetic through immaculate visual merchandising.
- Stay up-to-date with seasonal trends, brand heritage, and key pieces to confidently communicate the brand’s story.
- Collaborate with your team to create a seamless and inspiring in-store environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally within womenswear.
- Passion for high fashion and an understanding of luxury clientele expectations.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presentation.
- A strong team player with an eye for styling and attention to detail.
