We are looking for a Deli Manager to join one of London's most legendary cultural venues, a destination known for its cutting-edge music heritage, iconic events, and boundary-pushing creativity.
The Role:
A high-energy and leading hospitality venue is seeking a Deli Supervisor to join their front-of-house team. This isn't your typical caf role, it's a chance to be part of a space that blends food, wellness, creativity, and community in a beautifully designed, fast-paced environment.
You'll be expected to jump in across different areas of the deli and bar space, think on your feet, and learn fast, all while keeping things fun, professional, and customer-first.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks with consistency and care
- Deliver warm, engaging service to members and guests
- Learn and share nutritional information about food and beverage offerings
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all areas
- Restock and rotate deli items, ensuring freshness and quality
- Engage in friendly, knowledgeable conversations with members
- Adapt quickly and respond positively in a busy, fast-paced environment
Previous Experience:
- Experience in a hospitality, caf, or restaurant environment
- A great communicator, both with guests and your team
- Detail-oriented, well-presented, and proud of the service you deliver
- Level 2 Food Safety Certification
- Previous Team Management Experience
