About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Luxury Sales Consultant to join a prestigious boutique in Knightsbridge. Representing a world-renowned luxury brand, you will bring expertise in fine watchmaking and deliver an exceptional client experience to high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of fine watches and their craftsmanship.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets through a consultative approach, identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain the boutique’s presentation and ensure all displays meet brand standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally specializing in fine watches.
- Strong understanding of watchmaking and the ability to communicate technical details confidently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients in a luxury environment.
- Knowledge of the Knightsbridge area and its clientele is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
