We're looking for a proactive and autonomous UX Designer who can make a positive impact on the user experience of their digital products. You will be creating intuitive and user-friendly designs that will solve real, sometimes complex, design problems to meet our user's needs. Your role will be part of a fairly new initiative to join a growing transformation team! The successful candidate will work closely with the H/O product, other designers, product managers and engineers to solve problems and deliver user-friendly and intuitive designs. This role will include working on web and mobile systems.
You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your UX / UI design skills and project process. You should be highly proficient in design tools such as Miro and Figma and ideally experience in B2B enterprise software design with SaaS being a plus and an ability to challenge the team.
