**Position Overview:** We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Boutique Sales Associate for our flagship location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and service targets, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. Responsibilities also include delivering beauty services, sharing product knowledge, implementing merchandising strategies, planning customer events, and managing team development. As part of a small team in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are essential.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Provide an exceptional customer experience and strive to exceed daily sales goals. - Stay informed about store promotions and initiatives. - Collect customer emails to strengthen future business opportunities. - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information. - Assist in completing opening and closing checklists. - Ensure the sales floor, cash wrap, and backroom are clean and organized, adhering to brand standards. - Implement visual merchandising directives promptly while being mindful of loss prevention procedures.
**Qualifications:** - Minimum of high school education or equivalent. - 1-3 years of retail experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of beauty and cosmetics with a passion for sales. - Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
