The Role
As Retail Sales Assistant you will provide excellent service to customers, handling any returns and refunds with professionalism, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in finding the perfect fit for our products, ensuring a great shopping experience
- Introducing customers to the brand, sharing our story, and highlighting the quality of our products
- Stock Management, unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, and arranging displays to ensure the store is well-presented
- Store Maintenance, keeping the store clean and tidy, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers

The Person
As Retail Sales Assistant you will have some experience in a similar role. You will also have:
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Great organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
This role is part-time, 20 hours per week, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
