Our client is a well-established international company renowned for their exceptional products and customer service. As they expand their presence in the UK, they are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Sales Consultants to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and providing tailored advice and support.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
- Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked, creating an inviting shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- We are looking for Retail Sales Consultant who show qualities such as empathy, kindness, honesty and respect due to the nature of the clients business
- Resilience will play a key factor in your role as a Retail Sales Consultant to ensure you meet expected targets and to grow and develop within your career
