The Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be part of a small, dedicated team of four, where everyone plays a key role in the boutique’s daily operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys clienteling, providing exceptional customer service, and working in an artisanal retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, tailored shopping experience to local and loyal clientele.
- Assist customers in selecting and customizing their pieces.
- Contribute to daily boutique upkeep, including cleaning and organization.
- Work collaboratively in a close-knit team where everyone is a keyholder.
- Support sales targets and benefit from a monthly performance-based bonus.
What They’re Looking For:
- A personable, service-driven individual with a passion for homeware, craftsmanship, and luxury retail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff.
- Proven luxury experience, driving sales and meeting sales targets.
- Experience in clienteling is a plus.
