Are you a strong communicator? I am currently working with a luxury jewellery brand that has established itself as one of the most prominent jewellery designers of its generation. The brand is known for its impeccable craftsmanship, innovative designs, and fearless creativity.In this exciting role as a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for working in the flagship store, introducing new clients while nurturing relationships with existing ones, all while prioritising excellent customer service.The ideal candidate will have a positive character and a highly proactive approach. You should be target-driven and capable of working under pressure to deliver outstanding, world-class service at a fast pace. Experience in luxury fashion or jewelry, preferably in a boutique setting, is also desirable.
Duties include:
- Advance the Flagship Boutique Retail Sales and optimise the boutique’s commercial performance by introducing new clients whilst nurturing relationships with existing clients, prioritising excellent customer service throughout
- To maintain high standards of personal conduct and grooming in line with the brand image
- Support in-store Retail events, working with the Retail Manager and Marketing team to deliver the event objectives and in line with brand values.
- Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships, from the welcoming moment to after-sales assistance.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the products, including the design inspiration, price points and 'unique’ selling aspects of the brand.
- To support the daily operations and functions ensuring these are carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
- To work with SAP to process stock in/out transfers and press loans
- To provide excellent repair service for Retail, working with production department to ensure timely turnaround
- Responsible for accurately adding own client and sales data into CRM/Retail system.
- To ensure and maintain the highest visual appearance within the Boutique, especially in regards to Visual Merchandising of product.
The ideal candidate experience includes:
- Experience within the luxury goods and ideally jewellery sector
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with an appetite for exceeding sales targets.
- Customer service orientated
- Autonomous and proactive worker, able to manage own workload with good time organisation skills
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel, Power point and Word
- Excellent level of written and spoken English. Additional language skills are a bonus
- Good understanding of SAP processes and functionality
