Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner.
- Provide expert styling advice and guide customers through womenswear collections.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand, collections, and seasonal trends to deliver tailored recommendations.
- Assist in daily store operations including visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining the store’s presentation.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering a high level of customer service to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends, new arrivals, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and feedback to the store manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as sales assistant in luxury retail.
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude.
- Excellent in providing customer service.
Offering:
- Salary £28,000/32,000 annual basic salary based on experience.
