The Role:As a Sales Representative, you will be based in the heart of Shoreditch, Central London and report to the Sales Director.This is a hybrid working structure with 2 days per week in office, with additional attendance and travel to sales events.Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending events across the country where you will pitch the product to potential customers and retailers
- Understanding the recipes and specificities of the customer order process to sell the right plan to the customer you are handling
- Communicating with customers on the phone and via email, educating dog owners on the benefits and selling point of the product, adhering to ToV guidelines
- Assisting the Sales Director with presentations for client meetings
- Helping to ensure the team are meeting sales targets and contributing ideas for any suggestions to increase sale volume and processes
- Working with the marketing team and their feedback to increase sales via different platforms or communication strategies
- Utilising social media platforms to answer customer queries, concerns or complaints with a time efficient, friendly and educational approach
