The Role:
A maternity cover vacancy has arisen for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts, attract top talent, and shape hiring strategies. Working closely with leadership, you’ll build strong pipelines, enhance employer branding, and create a seamless candidate journey. The role will be hybrid and they have bright modern central London offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement recruitment strategies that align with business needs.
- Oversee the full hiring cycle, ensuring an engaging candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfil talent requirements.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through innovative channels.
- Provide insights on market trends and workforce planning.
- Promote an inclusive hiring process and employer branding initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment data to refine and optimise strategies.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in senior recruitment, ideally in PR, healthcare, or communications.
- Expertise in talent sourcing, engagement, and employer branding.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus).
- Passion for fostering diverse, high-performing teams.
