Salary: £14 - 15 per hour

Do you have a knack for organisation and an eye for creating visually stunning environments? Join our team as a Showroom Coordinator and play a pivotal role in showcasing our premium sunglasses collection. We're looking for someone who can ideally start ASAP, on a temporary contract with the opportunity to join the team long term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is well-maintained and presents products in the best light.
  • Maintain an organised, clean, and visually appealing showroom environment.
  • Coordinate and host showroom tours for potential clients and partners.
  • Assist the sales team with product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Plan and execute showroom events and promotions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address visitor enquiries.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement visual merchandising strategies.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve the showroom experience.
  • Perform additional office administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or showroom management.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
