Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Nurse with NICU experience to join the dynamic team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. This role involves providing specialized nursing care for neonates and supporting families during critical stages of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Support neonates requiring specialized care, such as ventilation, feeding support, and phototherapy.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Offer emotional and practical support to families, ensuring they are informed and involved in their baby's care.
