- Are you passionate about helping others?- Do you have 12+ months of UK-based post registration experience as an NMC registered adult nurse (RGN) or HCPC registered physiotherapist or occupational therapist?- Are you interested in a job that allows you to use your clinical skills in a different way whilst keeping your clinical registration?

As a Functional Assessor, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Carry out Work Capability Assessments (WCA) - this is a functional assessment which looks at a range of different activities relating to physical, mental, intellectual and cognitive functions, to determine whether an individual could reasonably be expected to work or undertake work related activity.- Preparing detailed reports and recommendations for submission to the Department of Work and Pensions- Collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality service to claimants?and contribute to the continued improvement and service excellence of health assessment services in the UK.
What we are looking for:
- At least 12-month’s post-registration experience gained in the UK as an NMC registered nurse or HCPC physiotherapist or occupational therapist in the UK- Experience treating a wide range of physical conditions preferred- Strong critical analysis and logical thinking skills- Proficiency in IT tools for documentation and communication
